How this works

For a fixed-price engagement billed at signing. No hours or timesheet: one line with your description, GST added, dated today on the client's usual terms.

Create makes the invoice in QuickBooks but sends nothing. You then see the email and the PDF exactly as the client will get them, and send it or delete it. Invoices created but not sent wait at the bottom of this page.
